CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY FOR PRIME SEASON
(December 21 to January 4, 2026)

Confirmation Policy
To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of confirmation. This payment can be made within 10 days from the confirmation date. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid 60 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 90 days before arrival: Cancellation without penalty.
  • Between 89 and 45 days before arrival: 30% penalty of the total amount.
  • Between 44 and 0 days before arrival: 100% penalty of the total amount.

Modifications:
Date changes are accepted without penalty with a minimum of 60 days’ notice, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy:
In case of no-show on the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount will apply.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY FOR SPECIAL SEASON AND SIGNATURE SEASON

SPECIAL SEASON: October 3 to October 31, 2025 / March 11 to April 30, 2026
SIGNATURE SEASON: November 1 to December 20, 2025 / January 5 to March 10, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 45 days before arrival: No penalty.
  • Between 44 and 30 days before arrival: 30% penalty of the total amount.
  • Less than 29 days before arrival: 100% penalty of the total amount.

Modifications:
Date changes are accepted without penalty with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy:
In case of no-show on the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount will apply.

 

Refunds and Returns:
A small charge will apply for refunds and returns, based on the payment method used. For payments made by credit card, a 3% fee of the refunded amount will apply. For payments made by bank transfer, a fixed fee of USD 25 will be charged.
